App support and subscriptions
Questions about lessons, games, your account, restoring a purchase, or a bug you found? Email us and tell us what happened, what you expected, and your app version if you can find it. For billing changes or refunds on a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play, Apple and Google handle the payment, so you may also need to contact them directly.
Privacy and data requests
To access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or your child’s, email us with the subject line "Privacy request". We respond to privacy inquiries within 30 days. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
Books, press and partnerships
Our children’s books are sold through Lulu ("A Mile In My Shoes") and Gumroad ("Sundays with Patè"). For press, classroom or community partnerships, or collaborations with Haitian artists and educators, email us.
